10 Magical Things That Start to Happen as You Begin to Love Yourself

The key to life in this realm of reality is to beself centered. Not in an egocentric way, for egocentric self centeredness

requires external monarchy or policing of reality. TRUE self centeredness, wherein the self is a dynamic living expansion of consciousness, ever unfolding and changing, is the key. The I AM self, once fully actualized will reach a state of enlightenment; one of allowance and internal monarchy. "The kingdom of god is within you," is suggesting one must have mastery of the self, to be in harmony with the outside world. The self is infinite, and it will always be seeking to expand egocentric views we attempt to maintain. This is why we are constantly offered negative emotions (when acting egocentrically), they are the universe guiding us or suggesting to us that we have 'put our flag down' or stopped doing the inner work of expansion. The self is infinite and grand, anything less is just small potatoes.

Source - Purpose Fairy “I love myself…I love you. I love you…I love myself.” ~ Rumi There is no greater love than self love. As you begin to embrace and accept yourself fully, you will be able to embrace and accept the world around you fully. We give what we have and the more love we have for ourselves, the more love we will be able to give to those around us. True love starts with you. If it flows through you abundantly, it will flow back to you abundantly. Give more of it to yourself and you will have more to give to others. What I will share with you today is a list of 10 magical things that start to happen as you begin to love yourself.

1. Authenticity “As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

2. Respect As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

3. Maturity As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”.

4. Self-confidence As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

5. Simplicity As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

6. Love of oneself As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

7. Modesty As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

8. Fulfillment As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

9. Wisdom of the heart As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

10. Knowing We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born. Today I know “THAT IS LIFE”!” ~ (attributed to) Charlie Chaplin on his 70th birthday: As I Began to Love Myself. Are you ready and willing to start loving yourself more and more each day? What is one thing you will do today to move yourself in that direction? Justins Deschamps Bio: I was born in Portland Maine, and grew up in the Boston area. As a Physics, Psychology and Spirituality student, I have been searching for truth all my life, looking to make sense of all the insanity in this world. In that time, I have developed a holistic body of knowledge linking science, philosophy and spirituality into a single framework of ever expanding understanding. I want share what I have with the world, becoming teacher to some and student to all others. My goal is to help myself and others become better truth seekers, and with the wisdom gained in the process, make this planet the paradise it was meant to be. I am just happy to give back to a world and universe I have received so much from.
